Born and raised in Albany, NY, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the UAlbany School of Business.  As one of eight children, responsible for financing my own college education, I learned early the advantages of being entrepreneurial while working for myself as a nanny, tutor, basketball coach, and painter at a local construction and remodeling company.  The idea of being an independent contractor, coupled with my drive for working with people, business, numbers, and property and investments drew me to real estate.
