Christopher Calicchia
NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
A lifelong Capital Region resident, I grew up in Latham and developed an early appreciation for real estate and construction. As a child, I spent countless hours alongside my father building and renovating apartments and residential homes, gaining firsthand exposure to the craftsmanship and work that goes into creating and improving properties.
I later earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where I developed the analytical and problem-solving skills that I now bring to real estate. My passion for property investment started early, and I purchased my first four-unit apartment building at just 22 years old.
Today, I combine my lifelong exposure to real estate, technical background, and personal investment experience to help clients confidently navigate the Capital Region market—whether they are buying their first home, selling a property, or exploring real estate investment opportunities.
